At DoorDecor.in, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following policy for returns:

Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Any products that have been personalized, customized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Window: The return window is within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot accept any returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at doordecor.sales@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant information. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be the product’s purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

Exchange: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping: The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

International Returns: We currently do not accept international returns.

Return Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
